Whizzy Box delivers science & STEM activities right to your door every month. We provide fun, interactive learning for children ages 8+ with our series of STEM subscription boxes with unique experiences, lessons, projects and experiments. Our Whizzy Box combines hands-on-learning with digital technology for an awesome interactive and all-round educational experience.

We ship all Whizzy Box orders around the 10th of the month. Your box should arrive 5 to 7 days post shipping.

Yes! Cheery Robot Academy considers safety our top priority. All of our products and experiments undergo rigorous safety testing and are approved for ease of use.

Delivery is R100 per box and delivery prices are subject to change without notice. You may receive an amended invoice via email with the updated balance to pay.

We offer a delivery service to your door across South Africa, but in some instances, it would be necessary to deliver your Whizzy Box to your nearest collection point, you will be advised if this is the case with your delivery. International shipping is not available at this time.

We think you'll miss your monthly Whizzy Box, but you can cancel your subscription membership at any time. Cancelling your subscription will not cancel your current subscription or any kits that you have prepaid. It just cancels your future auto-renewals. You cannot cancel midway through and be refunded. If you need assistance in cancelling, don't hesitate to contact our Support Team here.

Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Month-to-Month Whizzy Box subscriptions are renewed and billed on the 1st of each month. If you cancel before the last day of the previous month, you will not be billed and you will not receive that next month's box. If you cancel on or after the 1st of the month, you will be billed for that month's box; that month's box will be the last box you receive.

Whizzy Boxes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We take the hassle of having to sign back up every month. Like any other subscription, Cheery Robot Academy will continue to send you monthly Whizzy Boxes unless otherwise notified. See “What is your cancellation policy?”

Whizzy Box is designed for kids ages 8+. Our instructions were written with kids in mind, so that very little adult supervision is needed. However, our boxes create great opportunities for quality family time!

There is no need to cancel your subscription after you have received your last box. Your subscription will automatically end at this point. You can contact us if you would like to extend your subscription and we would be glad to assist.
