Get ready for weekend and school holiday fun with our amazing Tekkie Workshops!
Our live online virtual Tekkie workshops are all low-ratio with typically 10 students per one instructor where students can interact with the instructor and other students in real time from the comfort of their own homes.
We design our Tekkie workshops to help kids understand coding, technology and computer science topics through interactive, hands-on experiences. Our engaging approach makes sometimes complex concepts palatable for younger students. Hands-on learning is highly valuable for students, giving them skills they can use for years to come.
Our Tekkie workshops are unique because they are taught in small groups and very hands-on.

ROBOTICS
Live Online Workshop
For Ages 8-15
In this live online workshop your child will program a virtual 3D robot. Students will learn important programming concepts like sequencing, algorithms, loops, conditionals, events and more. They will also learn robotic concepts like drivetrains, sensors, movement, and foundations of mechanics, physics and engineering. Our Robotics workshop is aimed towards beginner/intermediate coders. No experience required.
Code Games With Roblox
Live Online Workshop
For Ages 10-16
In this workshop, participants will get to create and publish their own Roblox game to the Roblox website for the world to play. Students will be building an Obby (Roblox lingo for Obstacle course) using the amazing Roblox Studio platform. Students will learn the basics of creating games in a 3D environment. They will also learn to write their own code in the programming language Lua to suit their game.
